The services offered by St. Johns Builders Exchange include 24 hour, 365-Day access to project information, view plans, specs and addendums online, receive updates as they come in, download documents to your computer and print or order full size prints to be picked up, delivered or mailed to you, view plans, large format printing, small scale printing, file storage, binding, and PDF conversion. Mainly, the St. Johns County Builders Exchange brings contractors, builders, customers, home owners, potential home owners and sub-contractors all together in one convenient location.

These terms, rules, regulations and agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida. Any claim relating to St. Johns Builders Exchange in any way must be brought before, and adjudicated by, a competent court located in St. Johns County, Florida. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and St. Johns Builders Exchange regarding the use of the St. Johns Builders Exchange website and St. Johns Builders Exchange’s Services.
ADD, REMOVE AND MODIFY:St. Johns Builders Exchange website users and members may modify or remove any information they post on the website at any time
