How the SJBX Works

The SJBX functions as a networking center for connecting builders with building projects. Contractors and Builders access the SJBX Project List and preview the "Scope of Work"(project summary) documents to identify the projects they would be interested in bidding on.

Each project listed in the database has the contact info, preview link for the "SOW"(project summary), and links to the SBJE_Planroom where you can view and download all the plans in pdf format. Each set of plans(or individual plans) can be purchased as a full size print from Townet Press located at 1414 Highland Blvd or delivered to your office or mailed.

Members of the SJBX will recieve e-mail notifications when new projects are posted. Becoming a member is easy and FREE! Simply fill out our member registration form located here. We'll contact you as soon as your registration has been accepted. Click Here to Become a SJBX Member
